Shipments are sent by GLS, DPD, FedEx or using postal services and shipping companies.
We send parcels to all EU countries, but in the case of foreign shipment, it is necessary to make a payment before shipment.
Couriers deliver parcels on working days, usually between 8.00 a.m. and 6.00 p.m. It all depends on the place of delivery, weather conditions and the shipper himself.
Most couriers will call recipients of their packages, but we cannot guarantee this. The courier has no such obligation.
The vast majority of parcels are sent cash on delivery. It is also possible to pay in advance via bank transfer and PayPal.
We accept payments using PayPal and traditional bank transfer. After receiving the payment, we send your products to the address provided.
Our store has adequate security. We only use proven methods and payment agents. Only employees of our company have access to the store. All customer data is stored in accordance with the principles of the GDPR and is not shared with anyone outside.
Usually within 24 hours of placing your order. Orders placed on working days by 10:00 am are usually shipped on the same day. Orders placed on non-working days (Saturday - Sunday, public holidays) are shipped on the first business day following the day on which the order was placed. The declared delivery time may be extended due to difficulties in contacting the courier with the customer or unforeseen reasons attributable to the courier or shipping company.
Of course, however, we do ask customers to contact us prior to arrival.
The vast majority of these are used parts. If a part is damaged or repaired, we inform about it in the description and show it in the pictures. If the part is new, we also mention it in the description.
Returns can be made within 14 days from the date of receipt of the shipment.
Return costs are borne by the buyer.
